VBS 2010 Online Registration

Welcome to Abiding Grace's Vacation Bible School (VBS) for 2010. Please use the following online form to register your child or several children (up to 3 per submission).

You will receive a confirmation email of your registration submission to confirm its receipt. Please file or print a copy of this confirmation in case you have any questions.

By electronically submitting this form, you hereby give consent as the parent/guardian for the child/children listed to participate in Abiding Grace Lutheran Church's Vacation Bible School on July 12-16, 2010 held at the Abiding Grace Ministry Center in Covington GA. You and your child/children hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the church employees and volunteers from any and all liabilty for any claim, injury, or loss sustained by participation in VBS activities. You hereby attest that your child/children is/are healthy enough to participate in the VBS activities.You furthermore give permission for pictures/video of you child/children to be used in the advertising of Abiding Grace. In the event of an emergency, the staff has your permission to seek necessary medical treatment for your child/children.
